The neighborhood that welcomes the Villa is quiet and safe even for those who want to return late at night. It is, in itself, interesting to explore: around the corner there is Piazza della Vittoria with its centuries-old pines and a little further away the splendid parks of Villa Stibbert and the Giardino dell'Orticoltura, the annual meeting point of the famous “Flowers Festival".
Logistics is indeed efficient: shops, schools, cafes, artisan shops, restaurants, pastry shops and bakeries make the neighborhood pleasant to live in. The Central Railway Station of Santa Maria Novella is just under 2 km away. In the same area there is the Tramvia Station which leads in 20 minutes directly to the Amerigo Vespucci City-Airport.

                    [post_content] => This spectacular property is located in the province of Pisa, in the heart of Tuscany, near the Thermal Town of Casciana Terme. In a slightly hilly position, it dominates the surrounding landscape of the plain of Pisa and the nearby mountains. Just opposite, a few hundred meters away, stands the famous castle of Lari, a medieval fortress renovated by the Medici in the 16th century.

The residential complex consists of: the large Villa, the Dependance, the garage, the room for storing tools and the changing room of the tennis court. All the buildings have been recently renovated and are perfectly habitable. The Villa is accessed from a nineteenth-century gate by means of a wide avenue bordered on the sides by a row of lime trees that leads to the car parking areas (max 25 cars).
